In 2025, BI users seek to improve decision-making, improve efficiency, and meet revenue goals, while data quality, security, and reporting were found to be the most important BI objectives. Other changes year-over-year show increases in importance for ESG reporting (5%), natural language analytics (5%), and low code/no code analytics (5%).
