Which modules can I add to Certent Equity Management?

What do the connectors do?
The HR Payroll Connector synchronizes participant tax, compensation, and demographic data with your payroll or HRIS system on a schedule.
The Broker Connector links Certent Equity Management to most major brokerage firms so participants can transact and you keep administration and reporting in one place.
How does the HR Payroll Connector transfer files?
Files move over SFTP or an SSL secured web uploader with PGP encryption supported. Accepted formats include comma separated values (.csv), text (.txt), tab delimited, and pipe delimited.
What is the difference between a direct connection and a FIX connection?
With a direct connection, participants use the broker's participant website for stock transactions and award inquiries while you keep control of administration and reporting in Certent. With a FIX connection, participants exercise vested options through an exercise wizard in the Participant Portal, creating a direct to market link for faster access to proceeds and real time exercise modeling.
What happens if we change brokers?
You can change broker without disrupting your equity administration and accounting processes. Certent broker connector works directly with your broker of choice to handle the integration work, and in some cases the new connection is live under two weeks.
