You own the client relationship; Certent is the platform behind your equity offering. With no brokerage arm and no accounts to capture, your clients stay yours.

Certent for brokers & partners
Executive Services is the way in for firms without FIX, custody, or a trading platform. Certent runs the equity administration and the issuer technology; you keep the executive relationships. Go-live takes 30 to 60 days, and the upgrade path to full FIX connectivity is structured.

Certent FIX connects the participant's equity plan directly to your capital markets desk over standard FIX protocol. Option sell-all and sell-to-cover, sell-to-cover at vest, and ESPP open market purchases all flow through without manual handoffs. Live in four to six months.

White-label and branded access models cover the participant portal, the database, and reporting. If you already run a participant platform, a DBI connection feeds it instead: Certent transmits demographic, award, and transaction data in the format and frequency you specify.

Building your own equity platform means years of development with no guaranteed return. Using a competitor's means dependency, conflicts of interest, and long-term lock-in. Certent is the third path: a dedicated software vendor, never a competing broker. You keep full ownership of every client relationship.
