Yearly Renewal: Certifications are valid for the calendar year. Certifications must be maintained annually to retain eligibility.

Have a certified representative on staff at the time of renewal.
Ensure that at least one team member has completed the certification program and holds a valid certification.
If a certified individual leaves, another certified representative must be in place before renewal.
