2025 Pricing Information
Advanced notice of pricing information for Cubeware
On Jan. 1, 2025, insightsoftware will make the following price adjustments:
Maintain current list prices for Cubeware.
Uplifts will be applied to renewals, but at a lower rate than previous years.

Why have we made this decision? At insightsoftware, we carefully consider the competitive landscape in which our products are sold. In 2023, inflation was significant, increasing our costs, which in turn forced us to increase the list prices on many of our products. During 2024, however, inflation has moderated notably, and we believe there is a strong opportunity for our partner community to grow their businesses by holding the line on the price of most of our products in 2025.
What does this mean for your customers? 1. New Software Licenses
List prices for new purchases of Cubeware will remain unchanged in 2025. For more information on pricing or to discuss purchasing additional licenses for your customers, please contact your insightsoftware channel manager.
We have provided an email template to help communicate this price change to your customers.
2. Renewals
Renewal uplifts (previously referred to as the Annual Enhancement Plan) will increase. We will send notification for each customer’s new renewal amount a minimum of 60 days before their renewal date. You can expect an uplift of 4% for Cubeware customers.
We understand this may require additional conversations with your customers. To allow for this to happen, the new uplift rate will take effect from January 2025 renewals, onward.
