Highlights of FSN’s 2021 Research, “Agility in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting”

In this webinar, Gary Simon, Chief Executive of FSN and leader of the Modern Finance Forum on LinkedIn, talks through the highlights of this year’s ground-breaking research exploring the subject of agility in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.  The genesis of this research was the disruption of the last 14 months. FSN’s 2020 research found that of all the core financial processes, planning, budgeting, and forecasting suffered the most disruption and many organizations found it extremely difficult to respond with agility to cope with the rapid pace of change during the crisis. For 2021’s survey, this prompted the question “How can organizations make planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes more agile?” and this is at the heart of these research findings.    Watch this webinar to discover:
