The most efficient way to access customer support is via our Support Center. The Support Center lets you log cases, manage existing cases, and browse Frequently Asked Questions. In addition to case management, the Support Center provides links to product documentation (both technical and end user) and relevant white papers.
When you log a case, all pertinent information and supporting attachments will route directly to a support consultant. You receive an automatic reply with the details of the case and a tracking case number. This tracking case number will be used in all future correspondence.
