COREP and FINREP Alignment

The European Banking Authority (EBA) introduced the Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV), aimed at ensuring financial transparency across the European Economic Area (EEA). The directive covers banks, building societies and investment firms. The two integrated Common Reporting (COREP) and Financial Reporting (FINREP) requirements introduced impose significant demands on those institutions covered by the regulation.
