Insight Reconciler uses the ICE process – Identify, Confirm and Eliminate – to resolve your reconciliation issues.
Identify
The Insight Reconciler identifies your reconciliation issues in three ways:
- Transactions in the General Ledger that are not included in the supporting ledger (i.e. AR, AP, etc.)
- Transactions in the supporting ledger not included in the General Ledger.
- Amount mismatches between the General Ledger and the supporting ledger.
Confirm
Once identified, each issue is quickly confirmed and explained using smart links to drill-down to provide a full explanation of the problem.
Eliminate
Insight Reconciler provides a pin-pointed explanation as to why each reconciliation exception occurred – allowing you to use JD Edwards to take immediate corrective action to eliminate the issue.
