The Inventory SetSmart™ contains SmartViews™ that can quickly reconcile the inventory data from JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne to the General Ledger. A drill-down feature can access the underlying journal entries and Cardex information. Each SmartView™ can be configured to display all or just some of the information from the GL Account Ledger and Cardex files. For manufacturing companies, summarized journal entries for a manufacturing process (finished goods inventory, raw material inventory, and labor) using the same GL accounts can be summarized and compared to the inventory Cardex.
Received Not Vouchered / GNRI
Reconciling Received Not Vouchered/GRNI has never been easier with this great SmartSet™, which automatically matches the PO receipt and voucher amounts to the GL Account Ledger. It’s even capable of handling purchase orders and vouchers that are voided or reversed by linking in inventory receipt information. Users will be able to see orphaned transactions, as well as matching entries. An additional SmartView™ is available for the AAIs, where you can see which accounts are being used for each type of PO receipt or voucher transaction.

Fixed Assets

Accounts Receivable
For Accounts Receivable, the AR SmartSet™ automatically matches invoice and receipt amounts to the GL Account Ledger amount. Users of JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne can use Reconciler to see orphaned transactions in both AR and the GL.
