So, how did I do?
Your FSG Integrity Health Check Score is 60%. This is an average result that indicates you likely have report definition issues with your FSGs. This can be due to a number of factors, including report definitions that are out of sync with the chart of accounts and other segment structures, errors in calculations, and invalid row set definitions. The detailed health check below identifies the FSG issues that require your attention and provides advice for correction.
Your potential risk for FSG integrity issues is Low. This assessment is based on a variety of factors and characteristics of your report definitions and row sets. Low risk indicates that there is an below average risk for errors. We consider reports that are particularly large or complex to be at risk. Risk also increases if a large number of reports are relying on a single, potentially invalid row set.
What does it all mean?
The purpose of this health check is to provide important feedback on the status of the FSG reports used within your organization. It highlights errors or possible problems that could be impacting the validity of information presented in your financial statements.
The "health" of an FSG report is governed by a number of factors, such as referential integrity issues and incorrect calculation definitions. This report also highlights important risk factors that need to be pro-actively managed. These risk factors don't actually represent errors but characteristics that may impact your reports or represent reporting challenges in the future.

Section 2: Problem Reports
Problem reports are reports containing row set errors that could be impacting the validity of the information being presented. These reports require immediate attention.
Section 2.1 - Missing Row Names in Row Set Calculations
These errors occur when a calculation expression in row set of an FSG report refers to a row name that does not exist elsewhere. This usually is the result of rows being deleted in the FSG row set at some point after it was created and the report editor did not modify the calculations that were dependent upon these rows. Consequently, the calculations may produce erroneous results.
| Statistic | Quantity | Status |
|---|---|---|

Section 2.2 - Invalid Row Squence in Row Set Calculations
These errors occur when a calculation expression in the row set of the FSG report refers to a sequence range of rows that doesn't actually contain any rows, or only contains header rows, making the expression irrelevant. Again, this usually is the result of rows being deleted in the row set at some point after it was created and the report editor did not modify the calculations that were dependent upon these rows. Consequently, the calculations may produce erroneous results.

Section 2.3 - Circular References in Calculations
These errors occur when one calculation expression references another calculation, which in turn references back to the first calculation, thus creating a circular reference in which both calculations cannot be resolved. These calculations need fixing, as they will produce erroneous results.

Section 2.4 - Errors in Row Sets
This section shows a summary of the reports affected by each row set error. Rows sets that affect a large volume of reports are particularly important to address.

Section 3: "At Risk" Reports
"At Risk" reports are FSGs that initally look fine, but have one or more characteristics that could make them vulnerable to errors in the future.
Section 3.1 - Reports that are Large in Size
In our experience, FSG report definitions can get extremely large and cumbersome. Just like large, unmanageable spreadsheets, FSG report definitions that are large in size or complex are statistically more prone to error. The following reports fit these criteria and should be regularly monitored.
| Statistic | Quantity | Status |
|---|---|---|
Reports that are Large in Size |

Section 3.2 - Reports With a High Volume of Calculations
Reports with a high volume of calculations make certain FSG’s particularly complex to both understand and administer. This complexity increases the probability of error and therefore special attention needs to be paid to the following reports.
| Statistic | Quantity | Status |
|---|---|---|
Reports With a High Volume of Calculations |

Section 3.3 - Recently Changed Reports
This section highlights recent changes made to row sets affecting your FSG reports. Changes to essential report components such as calculations and row set elements can affect the dependability of important documents such as Income Statements and Balance Sheets

Section 4: Report Usage
This section highlights unusual report usage behavior, which could indicate report redundancy or an unnecessary report maintenance overhead.
Section 4.1 - One-Time Reports
These are reports that have been created, but not run since the day they were created. This type of reporting need is best addressed through ad hoc inquiry rather than developing time-consuming FSG reports.

Section 4.2 - Infrequently Run Reports
Reports not run on a frequent basis can result in undue report maintenance and cost overhead. This is particularly relevant for R12 upgrades where migrating unused reports results in unnecessary project migration costs.
